We believe relationships matter. Unfortunately, people become unwell or relocate, so wherever possible, you'll know who is supporting you giving you the confidence of working with someone who understands your needs, your home and your goals.
Can support be tailored to my needs?
Absolutely. Every person is different, so we take the time to understand your situation and provide flexible support that's tailored to you. Whether you need regular assistance or occasional help, we'll work with you to find the right solution.
Do you offer regular and one-off support?
Yes. We provide both ongoing and one-off support, depending on your circumstances. Our services are designed to adapt as your needs change over time.
What areas do you service?
CareWay Living provides services across the mid north coast (other areas as requested and available). If you're unsure whether we service your location, please contact Craig to discuss your needs.
How do I get started?
Simply contact Craig for a friendly, no-obligation conversation. He'll take the time to understand your needs, answer your questions and explain how CareWay Living can help you remain independent in the home you love.
Who is eligible?
There is no eligibility requirement. We can assist you in a private relationship or work with you and your home care (support at home) provider to ensure you stay in the home you love.
How quickly can someone start?
CareWay can immediately assist you with private services. If we are working with a Home Care (Support at Home provider, it may take a little longer as the provider will want to check our credentials.
Are employees insured, checked, trained, or experienced?
For your peace of mind, our employees have a national criminal record check every 3 years; have ongoing training through our professional development program; have the appropriate qualification gained through our training partner (CHS Training); and all the necessary liability and workers compensation insurances are held and maintained by CareWay.
