CareWay Living is owned and operated by Craig Wearne, who brings decades of experience in aged care, retirement living and community support.
Craig’s passion for helping people remain independent at home has been shaped by a long career dedicated to supporting older people and their families, including 10 years as a CEO of an aged care, home care and retirement living provider; and 20 years in senior executive roles in health and aged care. Through this experience, Craig has developed a deep understanding of what matters most to clients and their families — trust, consistency, reliability and genuine personal connection.
Craig believes people deserve more than just a service - they deserve someone they know, trust and can depend on. His philosophy is simple: do what you say you will do.
